Matthew M Williams x Nike x Vibram

I don’t even know where to start. Look at the first image below and you’ll understand how I get goosebumps everytime I think about this project. It has been a surreal project and moreso partnership with MMW.

The crazy part of this project, is it actually started in the hands of a different designer at Vibram. And he for some reason gave it to me before it started. Over 2 years later (yes this was one of the longest design/developments I’ve seen) it hit the market. Working with the Nike design team was a lot of fun - going to Nike and having meetings at NHQ is still bananaland to me. I’m so blessed to have the opportunity to be able to design with Nike and Matthew.

Maybe one day i’ll be able to release the in process drawings, but that day is not today. The below photos are from Matthew’s Instagram. Seeing him wear the product with Kanye West isn’t real to me.
