On average, I sleep 5 hours a night during the week. By the weekend, my body feels like its fading away. Last night, I arrive home after a week away and slept for 10 SOLID hours.
It’s amazing what resting your body can do to rejuvenate not only your body, but your mind. I feel so good right now. I’m excited about life after living in moments of sadness all week long.
