The weekends have become very strange. Theyre filled with activities to get us by.

Went for a run this morning and just due to the fact of having time, I took a wrong turn on purpose and it ended up becoming a 7mile run versus 3.

But I did want to talk about something serious. I don’t know how many people read this, and if one person takes away from this then perfect.

I put up on my IG stories the difference between reposting someone doing a good thing to tell the world that you “support”, and actually supporting a cause.

I see so many of us share all these people doing good things - and yet we sit there in silence and do nothing.

A friend from LA reached out a few weeks back and was like: yo could you buy a hoodie from a friend of mine - all proceeds to go to this cause. I’m like, I definitely don’t need another hoodie, but ill just send you money.

Maybe karma will come full circle, maybe not. But I feel better about helping those trying to make a difference.
