Internship 2013. Theres a longer description on the second page below, but the key takeaway when I look back on this project is always be a god dam boss. I did a Co-op for college for an entire year being a package designer/ engineer. I was 1 of 8 employees and with the guidance of an entrepreneurial boss, he allowed me to be as much as I wanted to be. We worked with the client NE Footwear to develop a see through box to help engagement within stores. I did the design, engineering, prototypes, mock ups, photoshops, china communication, quoting, etc. All at 20 years old. But I held my head up and my shoulders back everytime I presented to NE Footwear and acted like I’ve been in the industry for 20 years.
