My mind use to be like those texts I never pressed send on.
Now I have this blog.

Today I let something get to me again.
I’ve been better over the past 3-4 months.
I use to outbreak in frustration a lot more. I’ve been able to temper those things that are out of my control, but sometimes it just builds up so much where you break.

When I reach those frustration points I tend to leave the room and go for some fresh air outside, get a coffee, don’t look at a computer or phone, etc.
Jeff Staple once told me he takes 9 deep breaths when he feels overwhelmed and struggles to find motivation to keep going. That’s been helpful too.

I wonder how many people read this. I wish it was a conversation where people could interact with my thoughts.
