I heard this quote on a podcast while on my drive home tonight. I just worked a 14 hour day and it couldn’t have been more relevant.

When a company believes in each of its employees as their own brand and then becoming partners with that human being - that is the greatest feeling. When a company doesn’t value that partnership it can destroy a lot of EQ.
