I woke up this morning feeling a bit sick. Been slugging some day / ny quil for the past 48 hours and still feel like dog shit.
I’m a big believer in sweating it out and then drinking vodka to disinfect your insides of anything so that’s what I’ve been doing (gym and moscow mules to be exact).
I also believe that it’s partially mindset. If you allow your body to think its sick and you just lay down all day, then that’s how it will behave.
Regardless, I’ve been thinking of a last minute vacation for about a week now. I need some sun - bad; I’m sure we all do in the midst of the winter.
So that’s what I did today - booked myself a vacation for a couple days to close out the year. Need to understand that I’ve put in a lot of work this year and my body needs some relaxation going into 2020.
