I worry about the future a lot. But why? Time and time again i’m willing to tell other people to “stop worrying, it literally does nothing”. And it’s true. There’s no benefit to doing it, but it’s something that just comes natural with everything we don’t like thats out of our control.

Maybe one day I’ll learn. That day is not today.
