Thankful for this weekend.

I haven’t had a weekend like this in a long time - one where I get to focus on everything that I want to focus on. Friday night after work I taught a painting class to make some extra money. Saturday morning I volunteered on the Arts Council to determine some funding, then went into deep conversations on ClubHouse (yes I owe a vlog), and part of those conversations led me to create.

One of the clubs that I joined started talking about NFT’s… which I learned about on the spot was an online currency for digital art. It gave me so much anxiety to learn about this world that it forced me to go paint something tangible. That work ended up being this really amazing astronaut piece (see below).

Got to watch some football both on saturday night, and also sunday night (current time). Hosted another podcast interview sunday morning and then made a t shirt in the afternoon. Just an overall great weekend.

Just with the things mentioned above it was a great weekend. The extra icing on the cake was getting gifted some clothing from Bodega (shout out Matt Zaremba) and seeing Kevin La this morning who just brought some coffee and donut to me!

Just thankful.
