I still find that saying that out loud has poor social stigma, but its the truth. I think about it like my physical health. If you eat healthier, youll feel better. If you exercise, youll feel better. If you give your mind some attention, youll feel better.
I once heard a comparison in a podcast that was absolutely perfect. They go:
If your back hurts, you take it easy. If youre back really hurts, you take some medication. If you cant move cause of your back, you go to the doctors office. This is no different than how your feeling and if your mind is bogged down or not.

It’s funny, cause as I write this, its during a time where I would actually be working. So part of me feels strange about that, but part of me feels so relaxed.
I’m looking forward to this day thats within my control and i’m looking to make it the best yet.
