“You can get your money back, you can’t get your time back”

I heard this quote this morning and it was a good start to my Sunday during this long Memorial day weekend.

It got me thinking about how I’m utilizing my time this weekend. And I was satisfied - call it happy with how its been going halfway through. A rare feeling, but I think this is a point of self reflection that I’ve refocused my life on what I want to do, versus what others want me to do.

I’m still partially upset because my on screen phone time everday is high. And every sunday Apple reminds me of how much time I spend on my phone. I’m shooting for 2.5 hours as a goal a day. Right now its at 4.
